An exclusive opportunity for students participating in Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications Study Away program in Los Angeles for the Spring 2027 semester.

A part-time internship where you'll work with the Regional Sports Network team, contributing to meaningful projects while learning how journalism comes together in some of the nation's most influential media markets. Your schedule will be organized around your academic program requirements and business needs.

What You Can Expect in This Role

As a Spectrum News intern, you'll have opportunities to spend the semester learning and working alongside professionals in areas that align with your interests and academic focus.

Program Eligibility

This internship opportunity is exclusively available to students enrolled in an official Syracuse University Newhouse Study Away Program. Applicants must be actively participating in the Newhouse LA program during the semester in which the internship takes place.
