Qualifications

• Two years of professional nursing experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license; if you hold a temporary permit, you must obtain full licensure within one year.
• PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.

Responsibilities

• Data Evaluation: review and track submitter data to identify trends and improvements.
• Training Support: develop training materials and assist providers with educational and technical needs.
• Technical Guidance: provide assistance via calls, emails, and site visits to ensure compliance with screening laws and regulations.
• Best Practices Sharing: coordinate and distribute recommended practices to keep providers current on procedures.
• Project Oversight: manage quality improvement projects, prepare program documents, and monitor grantee performance.
• Program Collaboration: work with health professionals to evaluate newborn screening activities and promote effective care coordination.
