Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone or email to provide product and technical support.
• Interface with Sales, Field Service Engineers, and other Revvity teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gain understanding of genetic disorders and laboratory processes used in newborn screening.
