Mom365, Inc. is seeking a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations. The role focuses on sales performance, leadership development, and hospital partnerships while helping families preserve newborn memories through professional photography.

The ideal candidate is a people leader who develops others, manages multiple priorities, and delivers results with compassion in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings.
• Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers.
• Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff across multiple hospital partnerships.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations across multiple hospital locations.
• Ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements.
• Photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.
