Job summary

Mom365, Inc. seeks a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across eight hospital locations, drive sales performance, and strengthen hospital partnerships while helping families capture their newborns’ first moments.

You will coach and train staff, manage scheduling and staffing, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver a warm, professional experience for every family in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.
• Photography experience preferred, especially newborn photography.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers.
• Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff across multiple hospital partnerships.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations across multiple hospital locations.
• Ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements.
• Photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.
