Mom365, Inc. invites a results-driven Site Manager to lead a team of photographers in a hospital setting, driving sales, service, and top-quality experiences for families.

You will recruit, train, and mentor photographers, build strong hospital partnerships, and ensure compliant operations while delivering compassionate newborn photography memories.

Earn guaranteed hourly pay plus commission. Top-performing Site Managers regularly earn $30-$35/hour or more through photography sales, team performance, and operational excellence.

Are you a leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving sales results, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Do you have photography experience or a passion for visual storytelling? Mom365 is looking for a Site Manager to lead a team of photographers, build strong hospital partnerships, and help families preserve their baby's first moments through professional newborn photography.

This role combines leadership, sales, customer experience, training, and photography. The ideal candidate is a people leader first—someone who enjoys developing others, building relationships, and delivering results.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of photographers to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.

• Comfortable working independently in a hospital environment.
• Ability to safely handle newborns and photography equipment.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings.
• Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements.
