UPMC is offering a one-year, non-ACGME Newborn Hospitalist Fellowship designed to educate pediatricians to provide care in NICU, Special Care Nursery, or Newborn Nursery settings. The program includes supervised Level II–IV NICU rotations, telemedicine, and a quality improvement project.

• Must have completed a Pediatric residency program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Complete a one-year fellowship in newborn hospitalist care.
• Rotate through Level II–IV NICUs, newborn nurseries, and community sites.
• Participate in delivery room resuscitation, billing/coding education, and quality improvement projects.
