Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure every baby is screened according to state requirements and IHSS guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and hospital records.
• Follow strict patient identification and result labeling procedures.
• Operate and maintain newborn hearing screening equipment per policy.
• Record results in patient charts and monitor equipment for malfunctions.
• Attend program meetings and comply with HIPAA and hospital safety rules.
• Be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
