Job summary

Mogl is looking for a high-performing Senior Programmatic Trader to own client relationships, manage a growing book of business, and help establish our presence in the New York market. In this role, you will work closely with the client services team to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, optimized for performance, and delivered seamlessly from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably at a DSP or performance-driven agency/brand.
• Deep familiarity with The Trade Desk platform, including campaign architecture and optimization levers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign strategy, launch, optimization, and performance monitoring with KPI alignment.
• Serve as senior strategic partner to retail accounts, driving long-term growth and clear performance narratives.
• Build and maintain custom dashboards and reporting frameworks tailored to each client’s KPIs.
