Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience (investment banking, private equity, and/or secondaries firm).
• Degree in economics, finance or mathematics is preferred.
• Top-tier undergraduate school, with strong academic performance.
• Expert modelling skills commensurate with sophisticated financial investing; demonstrated understanding of investment processes and economics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential investments.
• Work on small deal teams to complete due diligence with private equity fund managers and company management.
• Prepare advanced models in Excel.
• Draft detailed investment memoranda and presentations.
• Assist in management and monitoring of portfolio companies.
• Maintain firm deal pipeline databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate complex, time-sensitive processes.
