You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Construction, Network Operations, and HR to drive execution, lead a high-performing team, and advance the market's long-term growth strategy in a complex multi-site environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operating environments.
• Prior P&L ownership with accountability for financial performance and operational results.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and driving subscriber growth, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall financial and operating performance of the New York market.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Construction, Network Operations, and HR to drive execution.
• Drive residential and SMB customer growth through multiple sales channels and local marketing.
• Represent Optimum in community and government affairs efforts and build stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing market leadership team and succession plans.
• Coordinate enterprise initiatives with HQ and balance local needs with corporate standards.
