Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and experience in an automated customer service environment.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Healthcare knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
• Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
• Uses PC systems to gather information and document outcomes.
• Maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with internal teams.
• Researches data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
• Handles routine inquiries under supervision and multi-tasks across channels.
