Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services for children and families across New York. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The role offers a fully remote arrangement with flexible scheduling, no caseload minimum or maximum, and opportunities for licensure expansion with support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
