Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across New York. You will conduct assessments, oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with families to drive meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with care teams, and adherence to ethical standards. Strong communication skills and a master’s degree in a related field are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
