BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hybrid ABA services to children and families across New York. The role involves assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of behavior technicians, and caregiver collaboration to drive meaningful progress.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing plans, supervising technicians, and maintaining compliant documentation while upholding ethical and clinical standards.

Competenze

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
