Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hybrid ABA services to children and families in New York. The role includes assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of technicians, and caregiver collaboration to drive measurable progress.

We offer a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete agreements, along with ongoing CEUs and licensure support to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
