About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Sales Executive to expand our presence and drive significant growth in sales and marketing of MStar LSP (LMS) and our suite of proprietary educational technology solutions across the K-12 educational market in New York. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Operations in the NY office, you will cultivate new business relationships, enhance existing accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with educational stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company and showcase the MStar LSP (LMS) at relevant local, regional, and national educational conferences and events.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
- Provide comprehensive market insights and sales performance data through structured bi-monthly reporting.
- Leverage CRM software, screen-sharing technologies, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to optimize sales effectiveness and presentations.
- Travel up to 75% within New York, attending client meetings, demonstrations, and events.
Qualifications:
- 5-9 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the educational technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in LMS sales preferred.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating lasting client relationships.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to independently manage sales activities and travel requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid U.S. driver's license required.
