Siri InfoSolutions Inc. in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across multiple teams in a permanent role.

You will coach teams in Scrum and SAFe practices, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure on-time value delivery with Jira and Confluence in use. You will partner with Product Owners, manage dependencies, track metrics like velocity and burndown, and drive continuous improvement across the Agile Release Train.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading Agile teams in an enterprise environment.
Proven ability to coach teams in Scrum and SAFe delivery practices.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating multiple teams and dependencies in a Scrum of Scrums.

Responsibilities

Coach Agile teams in Scrum, SAFe, and delivery practices.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies, PI planning, and cross-team coordination.
Help teams hit sprint and PI objectives via effective planning and dependency management.
Support Product Owners with backlog readiness and prioritization.
Track progress and provide visibility on risks, dependencies, and impediments.
Monitor velocity, burndown, and predictability to drive improvements.
Remove delivery roadblocks with business, tech, and support teams.
Ensure proper use of JIRA and adherence to Agile processes.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and delivery maturity across teams.
Represent teams in Scrum of Scrums and broader coordination forums.
