Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a New Unit Development Analyst to provide financial modeling, reporting, and analytic support for new unit growth and strategic initiatives. You will work with the Director of New Growth Strategies and cross-functional teams to drive profitable expansion and improved performance across markets.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI development, and automation using AI tools and Power Automate, with a focus on delivering actionable insights for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and data visualization skills.
• Experience using Power BI to create dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized KPIs and financial measures to evaluate new unit performance.
• Support pre- and post-opening financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR) to align reporting and metrics.
• Identify and implement AI use cases to automate reporting and drive efficiencies.
