Job summary

Syllo is hiring a senior recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for non-technical roles in a fast-growing startup. You’ll source, screen, debrief, and negotiate offers while partnering with hiring managers and maintaining a data-driven, high-touch candidate experience.

You’ll work with Greenhouse ATS, drive intake sessions, and deliver data-backed decisions. The role offers equity options, comprehensive benefits, and strong career growth in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing the complete recruiting funnel in fast-paced startup environments.
• Direct experience with Greenhouse, including requisitions, scorecards, pipelines, and reports.
• A data-driven and collaborative approach to recruiting, with self-motivation to navigate shifting priorities.
