Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Brand New Civil Project Manager opening with a leader in land development, utilities and drainage design. Based in Bay City, TX, you will oversee civil projects from scope to delivery and collaborate with clients and engineers.

This role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, strong benefits, flexible schedule, and opportunities for growth within a family‑oriented, supportive company culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide project oversight, including managing engineering scope according to technical standards, developing change orders, and maintaining project schedules and budgets
• Maintain a high level of quality and responsiveness to client requirements in alignment with Lynn Engineering standards
• Interact regularly with clients, which includes maintaining current relationships and developing new relationships
• Assist with preparing project permit applications and supporting documents and coordinate with the approving agency.
• Obtaining approval of project plans and specification from reviewing authorities.
• Assisting clients with bidding and awarding construction projects.
• Oversee and assist with civil engineering design activities and quality assurance and control. Designs vary but are mostly public works projects.

Job Details
