Jobot is seeking a permanent Civil Site Project Manager to join our growing Indianapolis team. Lead civil engineering projects from residential subdivisions to commercial sites, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate brings a PE, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 4+ years of PM experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong hydrology, drainage, and land surveying expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license is required or licensed in process.
• 4+ years of civil site project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydrology, drainage, stormwater management, grading, and land surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Civil Site Project Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from residential subdivisions to commercial site developments. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with particular expertise in hydrology, drainage, stormwater management, grading, and land surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in civil engineering project management.

Responsibilities

1. Leading the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
3. Coordinating with other project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure project requirements are met.
4. Designing and implementing stormwater management systems, drainage systems, and grading plans.
