Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Manager, New Products Supply Chain to lead the team responsible for supply chain operations around new product introductions, driving speed-to-market and operational excellence in a regulated environment.

You will partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams to ensure robust readiness, manage sourcing and supplier relationships, and align supply chain strategy with product development timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supply chain for new product introductions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
• Proven supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the New Products Supply Chain team.
• Design and implement supply chain strategies for new product introductions.
• Coordinate with Product Development Engineering, Supplier Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs for new products.
• Manage risk assessment for supplier selection, inventory, and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations for new product supply and distribution.
• Communicate project timelines, risks, and mitigation actions to leadership.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers for launches.
• Prepare reports and analyses on supply chain performance.
