Pendulum Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Manager, New Product Introduction to lead sourcing workstreams from concept to launch. You will own raw material strategies, drive supplier readiness, and partner with Product to meet launch timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years in strategic sourcing or supplier management in manufacturing or regulated industries.
Experience sourcing complex materials in nutraceuticals/biotech/pharma/cosmetics.
Proven ability to commercialize new products with sourcing strategies.
Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier development skills.
Advanced proficiency in Netsuite ERP and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

Own the sourcing workstream from concept through commercialization.
Translate product concepts into executable sourcing strategies.
Own raw material strategy across probiotics, active ingredients, excipients, flavors, and emerging categories.
Partner with Product to establish milestones and resolve risks affecting launch dates.
Lead supplier negotiations, pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements.
Develop supplier networks and second sources for resilience and speed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve launch predictability.
