Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Program Management Engineer to lead cross-functional teams across Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications, Validation, Product & Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Field, and Quality to release new products with strong ROI.

You will coordinate wafer fabrication, assembly and test sites to ensure schedule, cost, and quality, and plan projects using MS Project from assess opportunities to market release, keeping budgets in check.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to release new products with ROI focus across multiple functions.
• Coordinate wafer fabrication, assembly & test to ensure schedule, cost, and quality.
• Plan projects in MS Project from opportunity to market release, keeping on budget.
• Provide clear direction to teams and external partners (fabrication, assembly, test).
• Motivate team members for flawless execution.
• Lead meetings across functions, orgs, and countries.
• Update senior management on project status and issues.
• Collaborate with failure analysis to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with product engineering on reliability testing.
• Maintain thorough project schedules and milestones.
• Drive development and implementation of qualification plans.
• Maintain Galileo system per new product guidelines.
• Measured by growth in new products and ROI.
