Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Marketing Operations New Product Introductions Specialist in Stamford, CT. You will manage item requests from creation through production readiness within the Innovation system, ensuring data quality and timely submissions aligned with project plans.

Collaborate with regional and global teams, maintain trackers, and support portfolio management while keeping processes and documents up to date.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (CPG industry or equivalent).
• Strong problem solving and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• 1–2 years in consumer products marketing, project management/coordination, or supply chain.
• SAP or other database experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage new item requests, activities and dependencies from creation to production readiness in the Innovation system.
• Ensure submission aligns with launch timelines and project plans.
• Verify data with regional partners before submission to global solutions team.
• Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain tracking systems and support portfolio management (item trackers, active items, transitions, future initiatives).
• Maintain team-owned processes and supporting documents and rollouts.
