You will drive integrated timelines and milestone governance across Product Development, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, Creative, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure timely, compliant launches in global markets while balancing speed and complexity.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in new product development, commercialization, or project management within highly cross-functional organizations; beauty industry experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex global product launches across regulated international markets.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end product commercialization lifecycle from concept through launch execution.
• Experience managing integrated cross-functional timelines and coordinating complex stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise commercialization governance and cross-functional orchestration for multiple global product launches from concept to readiness.
• Own integrated commercialization timelines, milestone governance, stage gate management, and portfolio visibility across Product Development, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, Creative, Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional markets.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, and regional teams to align launch execution requirements and ensure localization and approval processes.
• Facilitate stage gate reviews and readiness criteria to ensure successful progression into operational ownership by Supply Planning Launch Specialists.
