American Trim, LLC is seeking an entry-level engineer for the New Product Launch team. You will support a mix of continuous improvement (CIP), quality projects, and APQP B program changes to develop skills for long-term product launches.

You'll coordinate and drive the implementation of APQP B projects after Change PO, learning cost modeling, ERP systems, and cross-functional operations while managing multiple projects with guidance from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Interest in manufacturing and new product launches.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support initiation and implementation of APQP B projects after Change PO.
• Coordinate multiple small program launches in parallel.
• Assist in learning cost modeling and ERP processes.
• Participate in plant continuous improvement and quality actions.
