GDH is seeking a Quality Planning Lead to drive advanced quality planning for new product introductions and major process changes. You will develop DFMEA, PFMEA, control and inspection plans, while supporting validation and launch activities.
You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain to set critical quality characteristics, drive risk mitigation, and ensure production readiness in a hybrid work environment.
This role involves leading and managing advanced quality planning activities for new product introductions and significant process changes within a manufacturing environment. The position requires a strategic approach to risk mitigation, validation, and launch readiness, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained throughout the product lifecycle. It offers an opportunity to collaborate across multiple departments to drive continuous improvement and ensure successful product launches.
Publishing Pay Range: $50.00-$58.00 Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
