Job summary

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, risk management, supplier coordination, and release readiness to ensure on-time, within-budget launches that meet performance targets for global programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, or related technical field.
Advanced PM knowledge (PMBOK, Waterfall) required.
PMP Certification preferred.
5+ years of project management experience.
Experience with large NPD projects.
Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Strong communication with executive level teams.
Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Excellent English communication required.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project meetings to drive actions and decisions.
Own end-to-end project planning and control (scope, schedule, budget).
Prepare governance decision packages for key gates.
Influence diverse, global teams without direct authority.
Co-facilitate workshops to improve execution and team effectiveness.
Engage stakeholders to build well-rounded project teams across functions.
Identify and manage project risks, conflicts, and blockers; mitigate and resolve.
Use PM tools to track actions, milestones, and critical paths.
Ensure documentation and archiving of project artifacts.
