Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in engineering and project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• BS degree in Engineering; MBA and PMP preferred.
• CAD/SolidWorks experience in 2D/3D, rapid prototyping and 3D scanning (Inventor, AutoCAD, UG preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and lab experts to drive new product development from concept to launch.
• Ensure NPD projects align with business plans, budgets, timelines and customer expectations.
• Deliver growth by aligning business and customer needs and managing resources accordingly.
• Oversee Design to Value (DtV) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives.
• Prepare and control budgets for NPD, test lab, and engineering services.
