Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in Brooksville, FL is seeking a New Product Development Manager energized by ownership, speed, and problem-solving to move new products from customer need through development and launch.

You will lead a small cross-functional team, manage external partners, build business cases, and own the VOC to drive commercial outcomes, with significant autonomy and a path to product leadership within AccuformNMC.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of highly relevant experience.
Took multiple physical products from need/concept through development and launch.
Experience building product financial models or business cases.
Voice of Customer experience.
Cross-functional program leadership and execution ownership.
Experience managing external partners.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day execution of multiple new product development initiatives from customer need through commercial launch.
Build and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and critical paths.
Coordinate internal functions and external partners to keep development moving.
Lead projects through development gates balancing speed, rigor and commercial practicality.
Own VOC and translate learning into practical product requirements.
Drive commercialization and launch with cross-functional teams.
