Job summary

Nutrafol is seeking a results-driven project manager to support its topicals product pipeline. You will own the end-to-end process from concept through commercialization, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will track timelines, resourcing, and progress using PM tools, with an emphasis on AI-enabled systems to improve transparency and efficiency. This role is fully remote with flexible PTO and wellness breaks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3–5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience in CPG, beauty, wellness, or healthcare product development is preferred.
• Working knowledge of PM tools and interest in AI/automation.
