Qualifications

• Proven sales success converting inquiries to commitments.
• Dental industry fluency and understanding of procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence.
• Comfort discussing fees and financial matters with patients.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills; CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Turn incoming calls into scheduled patient appointments.
• Explain treatment, insurance, fees, and PPO processes to prospective patients.
• Follow up on leads and unconfirmed appointments to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate notes in the practice management software.
