YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR NEW PATIENT SALES AGENT

This is a full-time position with shifts that vary within normal business hours, Monday through Friday, with onsite opportunities in our Estero office near Coconut Point, hybrid options for local candidates, and fully remote opportunities available for qualified Florida-based candidates with strong sales and dental experience.

As our New Patient Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients, turning incoming calls into scheduled appointments while creating confidence in our practice. Throughout your day, you'll guide callers through questions about treatment, insurance, fees, and out-of-network concerns, clearly explain our fee-for-service model and PPO claim filing process, follow up with leads and unconfirmed appointments to maximize opportunities, and maintain accurate notes within our practice software.
