Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, responsible for new patient coordination activities that may include account and insurance registration and scheduling of new patients for exams and procedures.
• Maintains patient records, prepares forms, verifies information, and resolves routine and non-routine problems.
• Follows standard procedures and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks.
• Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology's Shared Values.
