8Fleet Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to launch and own New Orleans operations from day one. You will secure the footprint, recruit drivers, hire the local operations team, and drive the initial launch plan.

As the market grows you will run day-to-day fleet operations, monitor performance and profitability, and scale coverage. This on-site role demands hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with central teams.

Formación

• 4+ years in operations management or a comparable operating role.
• 2+ years managing people directly.
• Direct experience opening a new market/site/region and running it through its first months.
• Track record of decision-making with incomplete information.
• Comfort with building analysis from data and acting on insights.
• Strong communication across diverse audiences, from drivers to leadership.
• Based in New Orleans or willing to relocate; on-site role.
• Willingness to work hours demanded by a 24-hour operation.

Responsabilidades

• Launch and outfit New Orleans operating footprint (facility, lot, equipment).
• Build local vendor bench (maintenance, cleaning, towing, fueling/charging).
• Lead licensing, registration, and regulatory steps for Louisiana.
• Get vehicles road-ready and recruit/activate first driver cohort; scale supply.
• Own day-to-day fleet operations, maintenance program, and performance metrics.
• Grow market: expand driver supply, fleet size, and service area; manage budget and KPIs.
• Ensure safety/compliance with state/local requirements and 8Fleet policy.
