Felician University is seeking safety-conscious, flexible and dependable drivers to serve as full- and part-time inter-campus shuttle drivers, supporting students across campus routes.
Candidates must be willing to work flexible evenings and weekends and meet the university's safety and insurance requirements. A high school diploma is required; CDL preferred; strong customer service and map-reading skills; fluent English; and the ability to adapt to a dynamic campus transportation environment.

Qualifications:
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred; safe driving record which meets the insurance requirements of the University;ability to read and interpret maps; e xcellent customer service skills ; ability to establish and maintain proper conduct and safety of passengers;positive, kind and compassionate interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, caution and composure at all times when operating transportation vehicles;fluency in verbal and written English sufficient to successfully perform required duties;skill in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships with those contacted in the performance of duties;ability to identify mechanical and safety hazards in a variety of transportation vehicles;meet the physical requirements essential to safely and effectively perform required duties;thorough understanding of proper safety requirements for individuals with physical challenges;flexibility in adjusting work schedule to meet the needs of students, staff and faculty for transportation needs outside of the regular work schedule.
