Job summary

NephrologyConnect is recruiting nephrologists to join physician-led practices across Minnesota, from the Twin Cities to northern communities. You’ll balance outpatient clinics, hospital consults, and dialysis rounding with a supportive call schedule.

Opportunities include signing bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and potential leadership or medical directorship roles. J-1/H-1B visa sponsorship may be available depending on location.

• Work closely with primary care physicians, hospitalists, APPs, and other specialists
• Build long-term relationships with patients and referring physicians
• Opportunities may include dialysis medical directorship and involvement with home dialysis, depending on the practice
