Job summary

Kidney is recruiting board certified or board eligible nephrologists to join physician-led practices across Minnesota, from the Twin Cities to northern communities. The role features a full-time, permanent schedule with inpatient and outpatient duties and a shared call arrangement.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible nephrologists preferred.
• Strong collaboration with PCPs, hospitalists, APPs and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Manage a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, hospital consults, and dialysis rounding.
• Participate in a collaborative and supportive call schedule.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.
• Work closely with primary care physicians, hospitalists, APPs, and other specialists.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and referring physicians.
• Opportunities may include dialysis medical directorship and involvement with home dialysis, depending on the practice.
