Job summary

Tower Health in Reading, PA is seeking a registered nurse to develop, implement and evaluate the nursing plan of patient care in collaboration with all disciplines. The unit (R1E) features 24 private rooms caring for the new mom and baby, supported by RNs, PCAs and lactation consultants to ensure high-quality maternal‑newborn care.

Applicants should complete required competencies, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and maintain PA RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• PA Registered Nurse License

Responsibilities

• The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.
• R1E unit features 24 private rooms for the new mom and baby with a team that includes RNs, PCAs and lactation consultants.
