Job summary

Tower Health in Reading, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing plan of patient care and collaborate with the medical team to implement the care plan.

The R2E unit supports antepartum, GYN patients, NICU moms, and Mother Baby overflow, with RNs and PCAs on the unit.

Qualifications include PA RN license, completion of accredited nursing program, and demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• PA Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.
