Job summary

Astemo Ohio Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead new automotive model programs from concept through Start of Production (SOP).

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, costing, and sales to ensure on-time launches and robust program execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive OEM or Tier One environments, a strong grasp of manufacturing, logistics, and costing, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive (OEM or Tier One) experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and costing.
• Honda supplier portal experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Japanese language skills a plus, but not required.
