Job summary

Kriete Truck Centers is seeking a results-oriented Medium Duty Sales Representative to drive growth by selling medium‑duty trucks and related solutions to commercial customers in the Madison area. You will identify needs, propose models and upfits, and manage leads and quotes to close deals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in vehicle or B2B sales, a valid driver’s license, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medium-duty trucks or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience selling medium-duty trucks, vocational vehicles, or fleet equipment.
• Familiarity with upfitting, body builders, and vocational applications.
• Experience with CRM systems and boating? wait not allowed

Responsibilities

• Sell medium-duty trucks to commercial, municipal, and vocational customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate truck models, bodies, and upfits.
• Generate leads, conduct sales calls, and perform customer site visits.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and financing or leasing options.
• Coordinate with internal departments including service, parts, finance, and upfitting.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Stay current on product offerings, specifications, and industry trends.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets.

Position Summary:

The Medium Duty Sales Representative is responsible for selling medium-duty trucks and related solutions to commercial customers.
