The New Jersey office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate would have substantial experience litigating wage and hour class and/or collective action. Qualified candidates need to demonstrate experience and proficiency drafting and ideally arguing motions, including motions to decertify a conditional class, and experience preparing witnesses for taking and/or defending depositions. Successful candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, andtheability to handle multiple projects, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service.
