Job summary

Risewell Homes seeks an Outside Neighborhood Sales Counselor to drive new home sales through proactive relationship-building, community outreach, and consultative selling. You will generate traffic, cultivate Realtor partnerships, and guide buyers through purchasing and construction while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Coordinate with Realtors, lenders, title, and closing teams to ensure a seamless process from first contact to closing, using market knowledge to build lasting

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate leads through multiple channels (realtors, events, referrals).
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills in a homebuilding context.
• Ability to develop long-term Realtor and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, traffic, and customer service goals.
• Proactively generate leads through Realtor outreach, events, and referrals.
• Develop and expand relationships with Realtors, lenders, and industry partners.
• Drive traffic and sell across multiple communities based on buyer needs.
• Close sales while maintaining target profit margins and customer satisfaction.
