Job summary

As a Construction Project Manager at NVR, a leading US homebuilder with Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes brands, you will oversee community homebuilding projects in Cincinnati, ensuring high-quality construction and on-time completion while upholding NVR's reputation.

You will lead a large team, mentor junior managers, manage subcontractors, conduct quality inspections, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for every home built.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver's License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.
