Job summary

Ryan Homes is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our new home sales success. You will help our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to administrative tasks and ensure model home presentations reflect our products.

The role requires focus, strong communication, and organizational skills, with availability to work five days a week, including weekends. NVR, as parent company, is a Fortune 500 homebuilder.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
• Available to work 5 days each week, including 3 weekends each month.
• Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, your energy will help support our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to competitive shopping and sales administration functions.

This position pays $54,000 - $58,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
