Drees Homes, a family-owned home building company with over 95 years of experience, is seeking a New Home Sales Trainee in our Nashville Division. This training program prepares you to become an on-site New Home Sales Representative, providing tools and knowledge about products, financing, warranty, and construction. Training includes shadowing experienced representatives and learning the sales process. Upon completion, the role becomes a 100% commission-based position working primarily out of Columbia, Mt. Juliet, and Thompsons Station.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Understand and utilize sales forms, procedures, contracts, and policies
• Prospect for new clients and qualify buyers
• Present the company's products professionally
• Complete all sections of the Trainee Program Manual
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, subdivisions, and community facilities
• Greet prospective customers and demonstrate model homes
• Ensure model home sites are well maintained and presentable

Minimum Requirements
