Pay Range: $14-$16+ hourly for an Insurance Sales Representative

Our compensation includes a competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives.

What You Will Do

As an Insurance Agent, you will primarily sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

  • Solicit new business and maintain current business to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Build relationships to expand business and meet production targets
  • Accurately handle transactions and timely deposit of funds with proper documentation
  • Build and leverage client relationships, educate customers on suitable products
The Ideal Candidate
  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent follow-up, multi-tasking, and communication skills
  • Ambitious and professional with growth potential
